Man Down Alarm

Letting a dispatcher know of a worker related incident on site.

OUR SOLUTION

When an accident happens on site, an individual is at further risk if they can't get help quickly. The man down feature is a dedicated panic button which has a fall sensor. If the fall sensor is activated, an alarm is raised to other users for a swift response. If the unit is moved from a vertical position, the alert is cancelled, to minimise time wasting.

BATTERSEA POWER STATION

The Battersea Power Station site was neglected after its closure in 1983. But recently, developers saw the unique opportunity to transform the area into a development of luxury apartments, including a theatre, shops and a gym.
Clipfine contacted Brentwood to to obtain some reliable radios that would allow team members to stay in touch across the 1.25m sq ft of office space and 4,239 new homes. With over 3000 construction workers on the site, it was important to allow for a system which kept everyone in touch, without interfering with other groups
